Nimmo Receptor-Tonus Method

Long standing spinal distortions often produce muscle spasms that are not under your conscious control. Using a rubber tipped “T-Bar” we’re able to apply pressure to these muscle “knots” which causes them to reduce their tightness and associated painful symptoms.
